Dear potential ministry partner,
I hope all is well with you and your family! I wanted to fill you in on what has been going on in my life lately. Since graduating from college in 2019, I spent some time serving as a Campus Missionary at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, then moved back home to Boerne, Texas to work for the student mentoring program of a non-profit called Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries. While I have been seeing God move in mighty ways through these experiences here in Texas, I have consistently felt God calling me to explore foreign missions. As I researched and prayed through options to minister internationally, God led me to an 11-month program called the World Race. That being said, I have officially committed to the trip and will be leaving with a squad of about 30 other young adults in August!
Because the World Race is a part of a larger missions sending agency called Adventures in Missions, I will have the opportunity to invest in sustainable ministries within 11 different countries. Our goal is to come alongside full-time missionaries to encourage them, learn from them, and aid them in their year-round ministries. For instance, we will be serving with a missionary couple in Nicaragua, aiding them in equipping young Nicaraguans to break the cycle of mental, spiritual, and physical poverty. Another month we will be helping Fountain of Hope ministries in Northern Thailand to empower children to share the love of Jesus with their tribal communities. These are just a couple examples of the many opportunities we will have to be used by God as we travel through Central America, South America, then Southeast Asia.
In order to prepare for this trip, I am gathering a team of people to partner in ministry with me in one or more of these three ways…

Pray- God is sending me on a challenging journey that will stretch me way outside of my comfort zone. I will need lots of people praying for me and for the people I will be ministering to.
